Warranty Repairs
- Please check original invoices to determine warranty period. All products carry a minimum 1 Year Repair Warranty.
- All warranty returns must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This number ensures quick and accurate processing
of returned goods at our warehouse, and rapid repair or replacement. Email
Customer Service or call 1-888-410-2447 to receive an RMA number.
Please have your invoice number ready.
- RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box. Please follow
the shipping directions on the RMA form. We are not responsible for returns lost
or damaged in shipment.
- We are unable to accept returns on any merchandise that has been modified from the original "as shipped"
condition. Returned merchandise should be shipped in the original carton including
all packing materials and instruction manuals. Returns not meeting the above
conditions may be subject to restocking fees. Software, books, manuals, clearance items, and videotapes
are not returnable except for replacement if defective.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
CANADA
Canadian orders are shipped ground service using the clients'designated courier account or at Opticom's discretion if not specified.
All shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless prior arrangement is made.
UNITED STATES
US orders are normally shipped UPS Intl. Economy service at the customer's expense unless prior arrangement for alternate method/cost is made.
All duties, fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise arranged with Opticom.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped FOB Vancouver. All import duties, brokerage fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
