Plut\u00f4t que d&rsquo;installer des cam\u00e9ras dans toute l&rsquo;installation, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a choisi une zone \u00e0 haut risque : les t\u00eates de rabotage \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;usine de rabotage. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Nous voulions nous assurer que nous avions mis en place toutes les pr\u00e9cautions raisonnables en mati\u00e8re de surveillance des incendies\u00a0\u00bb, explique Evan Neveau, analyste des technologies d&rsquo;exploitation chez Potlatch. \u00ab\u00a0La surveillance thermique s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9e judicieuse et nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;aller de l&rsquo;avant avec un premier cas d&rsquo;essai. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cam\u00e9ra surveille en permanence les variations de temp\u00e9rature autour des t\u00eates de rabotage, une zone o\u00f9 les frottements et l&rsquo;accumulation de chaleur peuvent rapidement devenir un probl\u00e8me. En observant les mod\u00e8les de chaleur anormaux avant l&rsquo;apparition de fum\u00e9e ou de flammes, l&rsquo;usine gagne un temps pr\u00e9cieux en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;alerte pr\u00e9coce. <\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une cam\u00e9ra, plusieurs options d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;une installation \u00e0 cam\u00e9ra unique, la configuration est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre limit\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sortie d&rsquo;alarme de la cam\u00e9ra est directement reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;automate de l&rsquo;usine. Lorsqu&rsquo;un seuil thermique est d\u00e9pass\u00e9, l&rsquo;automate re\u00e7oit un signal de contact ferm\u00e9 qui se traduit par une alarme sur l&rsquo;IHM. Potlatch peut maintenir ses cam\u00e9ras sur un r\u00e9seau compl\u00e8tement s\u00e9par\u00e9 et transmettre le signal d&rsquo;alerte, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de trafic IP entre la cam\u00e9ra et tout autre dispositif sur les r\u00e9seaux ICS.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le syst\u00e8me est actuellement configur\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;alerte uniquement &#8211; pas d&rsquo;arr\u00eats ou de ralentissements automatiques &#8211; mais la base est l\u00e0 si Potlatch choisit d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre la fonctionnalit\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cam\u00e9ra thermique d&rsquo;Opticom Tech dispose d&rsquo;une option RTSP en plus de la configuration c\u00e2bl\u00e9e. <\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vue \u00e0 double capteur sans complexit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;une des caract\u00e9ristiques qui s&rsquo;est impos\u00e9e au cours du processus de s\u00e9lection a \u00e9t\u00e9 la conception \u00e0 double capteur de la cam\u00e9ra et les options de visualisation. Contrairement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres syst\u00e8mes thermiques, les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent visualiser simultan\u00e9ment l&rsquo;image thermique et une image standard en lumi\u00e8re visible. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;affichage c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te est pratique\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Neveau. \u00ab\u00a0Disposer d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me s\u00e9par\u00e9 uniquement pour le thermique n&rsquo;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi utile\u00a0\u00bb. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cam\u00e9ra thermique \u00e9tant int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux autres flux vid\u00e9o, les op\u00e9rateurs et le personnel de maintenance peuvent facilement la consulter, revoir les images et \u00e9tablir une corr\u00e9lation entre les alertes et ce qui se passait sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/span><\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moins de fausses alarmes, plus de confiance<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les gens regardent activement le flux thermique, mais sa valeur premi\u00e8re est la surveillance passive, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire le fait de savoir que le syst\u00e8me est toujours en train de surveiller, m\u00eame si personne ne le fait.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis que la cam\u00e9ra a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement connect\u00e9e cet \u00e9t\u00e9, Potlatch n&rsquo;a connu aucun faux positif. Et heureusement, il n&rsquo;y a pas eu de v\u00e9ritables incendies pour d\u00e9clencher une alarme compl\u00e8te en dehors des tests.
